I run marketing end to end for Mayvn, an independent café in Angel, London, taking it from scattered posts to a joined-up brand that looks and sounds like itself, online and in the space. The Google Business Profile I set up and manage now draws 76k+ profile views and a 4.9 rating from google reviews.

Contributions

  • Google Business & local search: Set up the Google Business Profile from scratch and ran review generation to a 4.9 rating across 66 reviews. It now sees 76k+ profile views and 53k+ search appearances, surfacing for the top local terms ("cafes", "coffee", "coffee shop").

  • Social & content: Ran social end to end and produced the content, including reels that reached 12,000+ views, and planned and managed shoots and tours of the space.

  • Website & email: Rebuilt the website so the café is easy to find and visit, and set up and designed the newsletter to keep regulars coming back.

  • Partnerships & PR: Sourced influencers and photographers, ran collaborations, and handled PR, getting publications in Angel Loves.
