Website Management & Landing Page Optimisation: Redesigned the homepage and product pages to improve clarity, user experience and alignment with Amp Wellbeing’s brand messaging and visual identity. Built and optimised landing pages for campaigns, giveaways and partnerships, while improving SEO to increase visibility and conversions.
Email Marketing & Campaigns: Planned and executed product launch campaigns (e.g. Summer Holiday’s, Father’s Day), monthly product spotlights and seasonal promotions. Created automated flows, triggers, and sign-up forms, and developed a monthly email plan to drive consistent engagement and sales.
Content Strategy & Creation: Developed a cohesive messaging framework, blogs and website copy to strengthen brand voice and customer connection. Produced campaign assets including social media posts, UGC briefs and video editing for initiatives like the Ambassador Spotlight series.
Partnerships & PR: Built and managed collaborations such as the Ebb & Chlo 7-minute YouTube series, including email flows, landing pages and social assets. Secured award entries, coordinated giveaways with partners and delivered PR strategies to expand visibility and credibility.
